previously banned you from any of our Services, unless we provide written consent
otherwise.

your use of the Services, including at the request of any competent authority or in case
of application of any applicable law or regulation, including laws related to anti-money
laundering or for counteracting financing of terrorism. We may also require you to
provide additional information or documents in cases where we have reason to believe
that your Wallet is being used for illegal money laundering or for any other illegal
activity; or that you have concealed or reported false identification information or other
details. You agree that if it is determined in our sole discretion that you may be violating
this Section or engaging in any activities prohibited in these Terms, we may disable your
ability to use the Services.

without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a
